Return and Exchange Policy
This policy outlines the guidelines for returning custom scarves and essential oils purchased from our online stores.
Eligibility for Returns
Customers have five (5) business days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible products.
Eligible Products
Essential Oils: Unopened and undamaged bottles of essential oils.
Scarves: Undamaged, non-custom designed scarves.
Non-Eligible Products (Final Sale)
Custom Requested Designs: Due to the personalized nature of these items, all custom-requested scarf designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all products must meet the following criteria:

Unopened and in original packaging. The seal must be intact.
All Products
Must not show signs of damage, wear, or use upon inspection.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within the five (5) business day return window. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to process a return, exchange, or refund.
Initiating a Return
To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns requested after the five-business-day window will not be accepted.
