The Program Description
The Royal Chair Partnership Program is an approval-based retail earning opportunity for qualified hairstylists who want to add a structured product income stream to their existing business.
Approved partners offer authorized Queens Of Heart products within their own salon, suite, or professional hair business without changing their current services, pricing, or normal work schedule.
This is a structured retail partnership designed for professionals who want to grow revenue through trusted client relationships, premium product recommendations, and approved partner sales tools.
Approved partners receive access to a partner code, QR code, private dashboard, and branded sales support tools after completing the required onboarding process.
How the Opportunity Works
Approved Remote Chair Hairstylists earn through verified customer purchases connected to their assigned partner sales tools. Monthly earnings are based on actual customer purchases and the partner’s assigned tier.
Partner Tier Structure
Tier 1 — 40%
Tier 2 — 30%
Tier 3 — 20%
Tier assignment is based on qualifying review rating and program standards. Earnings are commission-based and not guaranteed.
Production Deposit
A 50% production deposit is required after approval and signed agreement and must be paid before Intro Kit fulfillment and shipment begin. The remaining 50% may be deducted from earned commissions. Any unpaid balance must be satisfied before reorder fulfillment is approved.

What You’ll Do
Introduce authorized Queens Of Heart products during normal client interactions
Offer approved product recommendations that support your professional services
Maintain a clean and professional product display within your approved business location
Use your assigned partner sales tools, including QR code, partner link, and partner code
Follow Royal Chair brand presentation and customer experience standards
Participate in monthly sales tracking and partner payout review
Maintain program standards and a qualifying review rating
Qualifications
Active hairstylist with professional business experience
Qualifying public review rating of 4.5 or higher
Operates from a clean, professional salon, suite, shop, or approved home-based setup
Strong client trust and professional presentation
Comfortable recommending products during normal client interactions
Willing to complete the approval and onboarding process
Willing to submit the required location verification photos
Willing to complete the required agreement and production deposit steps
Retail experience is helpful, but not required. Training, scripts, and product education may be provided as part of the partner onboarding process.
