Job Description

Cash Sales Daily – Commission Monthly – Income Scalable

The Remote Hairstylist (Luxury Retail Earning Partner) offers a High Earning Potential of $20K–$80K+ annually, depending on client volume and commission tier.

Commission Structure:
• Tier 1 – 20%
• Tier 2 – 30%
• Tier 3 – 40%

Earning Partners begin at 20% and may advance based on performance, client satisfaction (4.5+ rating standard), and monthly sales benchmarks.

Production Kit Deposit:
A one-time Production Deposit is required to secure your branded product display kit and package.
100% of the production cost is deducted from the retail value of your selected kit.
Earners begin earning back 100% of their production deposit starting with their first product sale.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• 1-2 years of active cosmetology experience.
